Phineas, you Troll

Description

So I was watching the second episode of Phineas and Ferb's fourth season, "Happy New Year!", and we got a funny moment where Isabella mentions a New Year's tradition of kissing someone special - directly to Phineas. His response? "I know what we're going to do tonight! *flirty eyes*" He then explains that he was intending to do the new year ball drop, leaving Isabella disappointed. My thoughts? Why the hell was he making flirty eyes when he was talking about his project? XD Here's what I jokingly came up with:
1. Phineas knows about her crush, and is just being a troll (as depicted).
2. He has a really bad habit of giving mixed messages.
3. If facial expressions are honest, then maybe a giant ball dropping from space is his idea of romance? :V

So yeah, Phineas might be giving mixed messages, but the real trolls are the creators - the reason I originally found the Phinbella subplot in "Meapless in Seattle" underwhelming (not now, just my initial reaction) was because I got trolled (Swampy said their relationship would "seriously, seriously grow", which apparently means saying that you're cute and it's a scientific fact). I learnt my lesson, to NEVER fall for any potential Phineas/Isabella moments. I'm also not as fussed about it - if I would even be called a shipper these days, then my views would be, let's say... twisted on the matter - not as in perverted (DEAR NO), but different. Basically, I just have some rather eccentric interperetations of their relationship, and I'm not expecting them to become a couple anytime soon. Also, the main reason I actualy like the pairing these days is because of the presentation - it's actually quite a funny yet sweet relationship for me, and I'm not really into the whole shipping business anyway (I just accept what's given, instead of forcing pairings that aren't canon). Well, not anymore - I'm sure some of you remember how I was earlier this year (but even, then, I wasn't obsessive, if you know what I mean).

With the second line, it's what Phineas said to Isabella in "Meapless in Seattle" regarding her cuteness. Apparently, Jon Colton Barry (the writer for both Meap episodes) even stated that this is how Phineas will always look at their relationsip - he would see it as some sort of scientific formula.

Okay, so a simple demotivational turned into a full blown summary of my views in the relationship of the two characters. Well, I wanted to share my thoughts anyway, so there you go.
