OH. MY. FRACKING. GOD. That was the stupidest, most moronic waste of time in my entire life! I did a commentary on Hell Creek chat, and here is a basic summary.
So basically, they claim that aliens must've been the ones to kill the dinosaurs. They start with a bunch of palaeo-fails, then they bring up the idea that aliens must've created the extinction. They say something like the Mayans living at the Yucatan Peninsula (which is where Chixclub is) can't be a coincidence, because they had contact with "DA GODS" or some crud. They then claimed that they had many drawings of dinosaurs, when all they showed was some raptor-looking reptile. We then see a stegosaur/ceratopsid "carving" in Cambodia which is probably just a stylised image, a sauropod "carving" outline of some rock that really shows no dinosaurian shape and Incas having many drawings of pseudosaurs living with them (yes, fracking pseudosaurs). They then show "evidence" of dinosaur and human tracks together, which also look fake, and one of the talking heads looks incredibly biased. They then say that the dinosaurs must've been deliberately wiped out by aliens by pushing asteroids to Earth filled with iridium. But wait? They then say that iridium can also come from nuclear explosions, and that aliens must've nuked the dinosaurs. Before that, they quote mine a NASA report saying that they don't know where the asteroid came from, but NASA then said that this big asteroid was a candidate. They also say that dinosaur bones were really radioactive, and that the mounts in museums are painted with lead that stops it from being radioactive. Problem? Those big dinosaur skeletons are just casts! After that, they claim that Indians saw the aliens nuke giant reptiles thanks to some Hindi text that many viewers couldn't read. But then they make more claims about the dinosaurs nuking us, and that dinosaurs were too dangerous for us because aliens wanted us to survive. But then, they say that dinosaurs must've survived in the form of lake monsters and stuff. Going further, they claim that we found T. rex tissue and aliens genetically manipulated dinosaurs so they would become creatures like coelocanths and reptiles! The show ends saying that aliens wanted us to evolve for whatever purpose and they even imply that we were created by them! They also make heaps of palaeontology fails, like saying that dinosaurs were the only creature wiped out by the K-Pg event, Archaeopteryx was the earliest feathered dinosaur, implying mosasaurs and pterosaurs were dinosaurs, and many more.
My favourite quote describing the show is from "This show is so stupid no human can be that stupid, therefor, it must be made by actual aliens" Yep, I just wasted forty-five minutes of my life watching this mostrosity. I'd even say this is worse than Monsters Resurrected and Clash of the Dinosaurs.
Meh, not that much else happening in my life right now. So, I guess Tyrannotian is out. Peace!

Still not dead
Hello, fellow Deviants. Obviously there's been a big change in DeviantArt as a website with the whole Eclipse thing. Just wanna say to anyone who relies on seeing me here over other sites (poor you if so) that I'm not going anywhere, I still have uses for DA with following certain artists and it's handy to post stuff on sometimes, but if you want to know where I've been if you're not in the loop, I'm most active on twitter and tumblr if you seek to reach out to me. I made sure my bio had them updated but honestly I can't blame people if they can't find them and are too busy trying to manage everything. It's gonna take some time for me to get used to, that's for sure. Also they show your pronouns in your new bios and you can choose them in settings, nice. Anyway, as for where I've been since the last time I posted one of these? Honestly, it's both boring and surreal. Of course you have the usual stuff affecting everyone like a global pandemic and the world in general going off the
I now have a Ko-fi!

If you enjoy seeing me post stuff and anyone wants to help this person here survive on a little more than just welfare payments under capitalism, it would be greatly appreciated. If you can’t donate, sharing would be appreciated. :)
Also I'm finally gonna post some new stuff, there's some work from University I've written I've really wanted to get out here and share.
Solo: A Star Wars Story (reaction/sort-of review)
So yeah, I saw Solo. First of all, just want to mention I didn't do one of these for The Last Jedi mainly because one: it was quite a bit to process at the time, and two: lots of people said things way better than I ever could have. To summarise: I liked it a lot! Don't know if it's my favourite Star Wars film, but I liked it a lot more than The Force Awakens (even as it has since grown on me, even if I still have issues with things like not enough context on the state of the Galaxy and maybe playing it a little too safe). Most of the criticisms I've seen of it seemed either subjective or just nitpicky to me, the only serious problem I actual
Steven Universe: Season 5 (part 2)
Your Mother and Mine: We begin with a space log from Lars before Steven shows up on his ship again. They try to get the ship started but to no avail, so Steven brings aboard Garnet, who is thrilled at seeing the Off Colours. She goes around complimenting them, but Padparadscha "predicts" that her comments to them make them all uncomfortable, which makes Garnet realise he has done such a thing (even if it was already clear from their reactions). To make it even more of a downer, Rhodonite and the Rutile Twins explain they don't even know what compliments are and find the idea of people saying nice things to them absurd, which is why the former

I agree with everything you state, except for the dinosaurs being manipulated to create Coelacanth and company. They never stated that, afaik. But yeah, the dinosaur and human tracks had been disproved a long ass time ago. It's funny how they hired Christian archaeologists to back up their views. Why couldn't they get a real scientist for that??? lol
Thomas Holtz was also asked to be a talking head for that show, but he declined, because he didn't support pseudoscience.
